• This is the ethos of the small (3h), boutique winery that is Borgo la Gallinaccia, founded in 2000, and constantly striving for innovation and artistic perfection. In their own words: “Every year we try to increase the quality level of both the products and the winemaking processes, with the additional use of new technologies, without violating the traditions which we come from.
• We are a very small company situated amongst the picturesque landscape of Franciacorta. Here we produce about 25,000 bottles a year and we consider ourselves as wine artisans: we personally follow all the steps, from the harvest to the marketing of the products. We make the wine that we like, without following the fashions of the moment and we want those who drink our wines to immediately recognize our uniqueness and diverse personality. The desire to use only natural products in the vineyard, the use of machinery that does not stress the grapes or vines, and prolonged ageing in the cellar before marketing, are all essential choices to get what we want to give our customers, which is quality without compromise. For this reason we have chosen to manage our farm biologically with only the use of copper and sulphur, and an electricity supplier that supplies us with energy solely  from natural sources.”
