PRICES
All prices are quoted in Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20% and excise duty. Our prices may change over time and we reserve the right to pass these changes on to the consumer.
PAYMENT
We accept payment via the website by all major credit and debit cards and Paypal. We do not store any customer payment information.
ORDERS
Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Goods will be dispatched within 1-2 days of order (though it's usually next working day) and delivery is estimated to take a maximum of 2-3 working days depending on delivery address. For any special order or where time is an issue, please email us [email protected] with your request and we will do our best to meet your needs.
DELIVERY
We can only deliver to the UK at present. Standard delivery charge is £10.00 (£12.00 for a single bottle). For orders over £120.00 we can offer free delivery within most of the UK. For deliveries to Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland, we are at the mercy of the couriers and have to charge £20.00 come what may. If you have any queries about delivery costs, please email us at [email protected] and we will try to get you the best quote.
Any indication as to when wines will be delivered is an estimate only and is not intended to be binding. We cannot guarantee next day delivery in the case of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather/company sickness etc. We do not deliver on bank holidays or at the weekends.
Our deliveries are made by third party couriers. Some deliveries do not require a signature but where it is required, the signee must be an adult of 18 years or over. If you are not at home, the driver may be able to leave your goods as per the instructions you provided when you placed your order. If this is not possible you will receive a card with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery.
All deliveries must be checked on arrival or as soon after as possible and any discrepancy must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
RETURNS
Please email us [email protected] to discuss returns. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected where goods are faulty.
