- Only in recent years has Sciascinoso been bottled as a monovarietal wine (i.e a single grape variety). This DOC Sannio Sciascinoso is characterised by bright, perfumed and floral red fruits such as redcurrants, cranberries and notes of violets.
- A glou-glou wine (quaffable) that demands nothing more a refill, some good company and a sense of enjoyment.
- A perfect option for a fresh summer red, this is great chilled and enjoyed with a Caprese salad or a bruschetta with fresh tomatoes, basil and mozzarella.
