- Inserrata organic extra virgin olive oil is 100% Tuscan and of the highest quality, coming from olive groves located in the hills at approximately 150 metres above sea level.
- The early harvest of the olives and the cold pressing without filtering is carried out on the same day as the harvesting, limiting oxidation and guaranteeing and preserving the organoleptic characteristics of this product.
- It has an intense golden-green colour; the nose is broad and enveloping, with rich vegetal hints of freshly mown herbs, artichoke and field thistle, flanked by olfactory notes of ripe tomato. Elegant yet powerful, this oil is classically bitter and spicy.
- Organic EVO oil is made up of the following olive varieties: Leccino, Moraiolo, Pendolino, Frantoio, Mignola and Coratina.
