- One of the best expressions of Sicilian Syrah, this wonderfully perfumed, aromatic wine is filled with aromas of Mediterranean herbs, sweet spice, intense red fruits, ripe blueberries and notes of vanilla that coat the palate, leaving a warm and velvety sensation. The tannins are prevalent yet elegant and, with a little aeration, allow the wine to fully express its abundant flavours and layered tones.
- Aged in French barriques for 14 months with a further 12 months refinement in bottle before release.
- Look to pair this wine with grilled or roasted meats, rich poultry dishes, Middle Eastern cuisine, aged marbled cheeses.
