- Adenzia Rosso combines both Nero d’Avola and Syrah, and the results are proof that these grapes work well together. With notes of sour cherries and Black Forest fruits, plus delicious hints of vanilla, this is a wine that is caressing and spicy, with firm but graceful tannins.
- Aged in 100 hl French oak barrels for 12 months, it is complex, finely textured and can be cellared happily for up to 10 years.
- Adenzia Rosso will combine perfectly with rich dishes such as a beef and red wine stew, a hearty homemade beef burger (with all the trimmings) and skin-on fries. Aged cheeses are best here.
