- Certainly one of the best examples of Grillo that we have had the good fortune to come across (and there’s been a few). This wine is intense, both in flavour and minerality.
- Aromas of yellow and white flowers that take on mineral notes, turning to bright citrus fruits, white peach, pear and green apple.
- Crisp, clean and with a refreshing acidity that is both well-balanced and persistent, this wine will combine wonderfully with all types of seafood, from whole fish to shell fish, soups to risottos, deep fried or oven baked....this has maritime Sicily written all over it!
